Fitness Photography
I'm 57, and nine months into a 125-pound weight loss journey I'm 80 pounds deep into right now. The number matters less than what changed — I hike big miles, kayak, bike, hit the gym three-plus days a week, and do VR fitness sessions at home. I built the system that got me here myself, called TARGET, and I'm working toward a Certified Nutrition Certificate now too.
I want to be surrounded by the health and fitness community I'm now part of, so the collaborative TFP-style shoots I used to do with local models are shifting toward fitness influencers and coaches.
